DANCEANDEDUCATION.COM PURCHASE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES
Purchaser (Ticket buyer) agrees to all of the following terms and policies:
Payment Processing
The payment processing services for services and/or goods purchased on danceandeducation.com (dance&education) website are provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe) and Paypal.com.
dance&education and Organizer
dance&education is not affiliated with any event organizers or others providing services, workshops or events (“Organizer”) for which tickets are purchased. dance&education is solely acting as a ticketing service provider between Organizer and ticket purchaser for specific events. dance&education assumes no liability incidental to the event for which tickets are sold or purchased. Ticket purchaser assumes all risks associated with attendance of events.
e-Ticket, Ticket Holders and Ticket Buyers
Ticket buyers are the owner of the credit card or debit card during payment. Ticket holders are the attendees of the events or workshops. Ticket holders and Ticket buyers may not necessary be the same person. Ticket buyers must indicate the full name and email of the Ticket holder or holders while buying a ticket.
Ticket holder or holders will be stated on the order details and receipt emailed to Ticket buyer.
Ticket holders will receive an email with a link to a page where they can change the Name and email of the ticket; they also can print the e-ticket from that page. Ticket holder’s name and email will be showed on the e-ticket together with a barcode. The barcode may be scanned at the event entrance to check in.
The Organizer has the right to deny the entry to those that (1) don’t present the e-ticket or (2) if the scanned barcode details are incorrect or (3) if the name and email scanned don’t match with the name and email of the e-ticket printed or (4) if the ticket is destroyed and barcode can’t be scanned.
Order Processing
Order will be processed after payment. Ticket buyers will receive a confirmation that the order was processed successfully via email shortly after the transaction is completed. If You, as a Ticket holder, do not receive an email confirmation of Your purchase after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is Your responsibility to confirm with dance&education whether or not Your order has been placed by contacting us at [email protected]. Ticket buyers represent and warrant that any credit or debit card or other billing information that provided to dance&education is valid and accurate in all respects. Ticket buyer hereby authorize dance&education to charge or debit its payment card or other account for the face value of any tickets You purchase, as well as any fees or other charges (such as taxes) that may be due in connection with any transactions you request through dance&education.
Ticket Information
Event dates, times, venues and subject matter, which are listed on the ticket, may change. It is up to the Ticket buyer to verify the most recent changes by contacting the Organizer or referring to official listings on dance&education for any changes.
Canceled/Rescheduled Events
Organizers or others outside the control of dance&education may cancel or reschedule events. It is at the Organizer ‘s discretion whether to refund the ticket price or exchange the tickets for a similarly equivalent event should a cancellation or rescheduling occur. dance&education will provide instructions on its website on how to exchange event specific tickets, or obtain ticket price refunds, should an event be cancelled or rescheduled. Service charges will not be refunded in the event of a canceled or rescheduled event.
Pricing and Fees
The event Organizer sets event ticket prices, not dance&education. Processing card (Stripe and PayPal) and dance&education administration service fees are together included on the total price of each ticket. This fee could be 4% for processing card and service fee or 0.99€ if ticket buyer select Bank Transfer to Organizer payment method.
In addition, ticket buyers may face a currency conversion-handling fee, which the bank charges during processing the payment.
The event Organizer sets the number of tickets sold for an event, not dance&education. dance&education will not be held liable for ticket over sales. Should the Organizer oversell tickets, the Organizer has discretion as to the method of refund, including but not limited to event price refund, or ticket exchange for a similarly equivalent event. Should over sale occur, only whole, non-scanned tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please review ticket-ordering information carefully prior to ticket purchase. dance&education will not refund or exchange tickets, unless event is canceled or rescheduled (see Canceled/Rescheduled Events above).
Privacy Policy
Ticket buyers must provide his/her contact information while buying a ticket or product. Contact information includes full name, mailing address, phone number and email. They also must provide the name and email of the Ticket holder(s).
Event Organizer will have access of this information after an order is completed. dance&education is not responsible for Organizer’s use of such information.
Order Cancellation
dance&education reserves the right to cancel ticket orders for any reason, not limited to incorrect billing information and/or fraudulent ticket purchasing.
Disputes
If any dispute arises regarding a transaction paid with a credit, the laws of Poland will apply.
Changes
We may modify these terms of use from time to time. If You do not agree to the changes, stop using our Service. Your use of our Service after the effective date of any changes means that you agree to the changes. We may also in the future offer new products, services and/or features through the Services. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these terms of use and any supplemental terms that will accompany the new features.
